Firma podjęła zlecenie i nie podstawiła samochodu na załadunek. Musiałam organizować dodatkowy samochód z powodu opóźnień w dostawie. Poniosłam z tego powodu dodatkowe koszty 150,00€ za które firma nie chce zapłacić. Uważać na firmę, oszukują i nie chcą ponosić odpowiedzialności za swoją złą pracę.

W...More »e had to change the delivery date and load on another day; she accepted, then canceled and is now demanding additional fees. Since we refuse to pay, she's giving us bad reviews to blackmail us. AND PAYING LATE. I've already had negative feedback, but I trusted her. AVOID

Firma a carui reprezentant nu are cunostiinte de baza in negocierea unui contract de transport. Incepe prin a incerca sa ademeneasca potentialu client cu un pret avantajos, dupa acceptarea caruia, incepe sa aduca argumente suplimnetare in sprijinul renegocierii pretului, in sensul cresterii acestuia, ultimul argument invocat fiind acela ca propriul sofer "nu este multumit cu cotatia de pret facuta initial de firma", caz in care intreaga discutie si negociere cade brusc! Per ansamblu nu este decat o pierdere inutila de timp si de nervi. Va rog evitati cu orice pret, orice fel de potential contact cu acest pseudo-transportator!
