We are pleased to inform you that we have implemented a new option in the ad reporting feature, namely “I have taken this load”.

If you are a carrier and have reached an agreement with a client (via phone, WhatsApp, etc.), you can indicate that you have taken the load from that client by selecting Report → I have taken this load.

Once you report the ad using this option, the client will be notified via an email similar to:

We would like to clarify that this new functionality does NOT replace a transportat order, and we always recommend that clients ensure they have a signed and stamped transportat order agreed with the other party (the carrier or the shipper).

P.S.: Please do not abuse this feature and avoid incorrectly reporting ads if you have NOT clearly reached an agreement with the client!
