Dear Cargopedia users,

We are thrilled to announce a revolutionary new feature on our platform: adding loads using artificial intelligence (AI)!

(And yes, we are the first freight exchange in the world to introduce something like this!)

With this update, the process of publishing loads becomes much simpler and faster… if you already have the text ad.

For example, now you can copy and paste a quotation request you received via email from a client (if you are a freight forwarder) or text from an ad you posted elsewhere, and all the necessary fields (loading/unloading points, tonnage, etc.) will be filled in automatically.

The “Add with AI” button is located in the Add load window (click on “Add Load,” and then, in the pop-up that opens, you’ll see it at the top).

Once the window below opens, simply copy (CTRL+C / CTRL+V) the text data of the ad/quotation request into it and press the green “Extract Data” button.

After a short moment of processing, all the details of the respective goods will be transferred to the main load publishing window, which will now look something like this:

Notice that all fields: Loading, Unloading, Tonnage, number of pallets, description have been auto-completed. Well, even the required truck, though it’s not visible in the image… 😃

All that’s left for you to do is press the “Publish” button and… that’s it! Super cool, right? 😊
